Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the http://www.oportoprime.com operated by Oporto Prime.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Tours happen every day, with the exception of the 25/12 and 01/01.
  • We recommend the use of comfortable footwear, as well as, appropriate clothing for the climate and, of course, sun screen.
  • Also, book, as soon as possible, so we can schedule our services properly. In like manner, we will answer you in 24 hrs, at the latest.
  • All our tours include the mandatory insurances required by law.

Oporto Prime reserves the right to amend, adjust or alter tour itineraries or events due to sudden circumstances, like the weather forecast, for example. Furthermore, in certain cases, like local or national holidays, seasonal hours of operation or availability, as well as special events, and/or peak harvest seasons,… 

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Children under 5 have free admission; from 6 to 11 enjoy a 50% discount.
  • Clients have the right to a full refund, if cancellation is up to 8 days before tour date.
  • Clients have the right to a 50% refund, if cancellation is up to 48 hours before the tour.
  • However, clients will have no refund, if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before tour date, since we already made all the reservations. Naturally, we will schedule another date according to availability.
  • Travelers may pay in full, at time of booking or only make a deposit and, the remaining, on the day of the tour in cash or CC.

All our tours and events respect these General Conditions & Cancellation Policy. The Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto will solve any disputes. It is located at Rua Damião de Góis, 31, Loja 6, 4050-225 Porto.
